NOTICE
1. Our
efforts to develop the frontage of the Institute in to a beautiful panoramic /
lush green Lawn surrounded by
variety of perennial plants & seasonal flowers are being negated due to
misuse of the Lawn by a large numberof students such as using the same as a
picnic / eating place.
2.Accordingly, it has,
now, been decided that any student / employee / individual or group of persons
found
possessing or consuming eatables / snacks /
sugarcane in this Lawn, will be fined on the spot as under:-
(a)
First Time - Rs. 100/-
(b)
Second Time- Rs. 200/-
(c)
Third Time - fine at (b) above + disciplinary action
3.
Also,
using the Lawn as a pathway (crossing) or removing the shoes / socks in the Lawn
will also invite the fine as at Para 2(a) above. Mr. Ram Kunwar / Mr. S. Kala of
Admn. Offices are authorized to collect the amount of fine on the spot.

Director – May we request you to convey above points to the faculty members to
impress upon the students
during their respective classes.

1.
The faculty should reach the institute in proper uniform at least 20 min.
before starting the class.
2.
Classes must start & finish as per schedule.
3.
In the 1st period faculty should reach in classroom 5 min.
before starting the class i.e. for a lecture to start at 9:20am faculty must
reach in the classroom at 9:15 am
4.
Faculty should ensure that students in the class are in proper uniform
with their I Cards.
5.
Teaching should be strictly according to the below up provided by the
concerned faculty.
6.
There should be minimum one test fortnightly.
7.
Teachers must check & return the Test/Tutorial copies within two
days.
8.
Faculty must motivate students for improving their excellence.
9.
Attendance should be taken in numbers, before starting the lecture.
10.
Faculty must arrange their teaching load before proceeding on leave.
11.
Decorum of the faculty Room must be maintained. Faculty should refrain
from playing music, singing & speaking loudly in the Faculty Room.
12.
Faculty should perform invigilation duty in internal & external
examination sincerely as a part of normal academic work.
13.
Joint effort must be made by the faculty to maintain discipline in the
institute.
14.
In case of any problem regarding academics, discipline, personal or
otherwise, faculty may communicate with Director & work for amicable
solutions.
15.
Faculty must not indulge in demonstrations, pen down, strike or any sort
of agitation.
16.
Faculty should not smoke in the campus.
17.
Faculty should not leave campus during working hours without prior
permission of the Director.
18.
Faculty should switch off their cell phones during classes & official
meetings.
19.
College timing 8:50am to 4:30pm.
20.
If late at 4th accession in a calendar month by more than 15
minutes to 30 minutes, then one absent shall be marked.
21.
If late by more then 30minutes, then Half day absent shall be marked.
22.
Casual leave entitlement will be 10 in a academic year (August to July)
23.
If absent without written / telephonic approval of Director, then salary
shall be necessary be deducted in spite of having credit balance if any.
24.
No Lecture should be left before time in any case.
25.
The names of the
student, remaining absent in the class for more than 3 days should be reported
to the Director.

the above holiday (s) announced by the Govt. of India through the media
(TV/AIR/News Paper etc.) depending upon visibility of the Moon, the Institute
shall automatically observe the said holiday (s) accordingly.
