It’s just not the academic degree where the liability of RIT gets accomplished. For RIT its students’ career is their vision, as it aspires to create outstanding engineers and management leaders who has lot to contribute to the society and their nation in the terms of development and progress.

RIT has active placement and corporate interaction cell which work instrumentally towards summer placements and final placement of its students. In terms of training all the leading corporate houses, R&D organizations, public sector undertaking, private sector MNC’s all share an extremely good rapport with RIT. And to add on to the advantage, comes the location of RIT, where one can witness more than 500 Multinationals industries with investment of around 20,000 crores within the radius of 30 km.

All these elements combine together to provide RIT students with brightest perspective for training and 100% placement.

RIT nurture a continuous support from professionals, industrialists and businessmen to give shape to the career of young engineers in the process of placement. The team consists of faculty from each stream of engineering to focus strategy base with industries. A senior faculty member mentors the team and special and continuous efforts are made to groom the students to develop their skills in the Art of facing interviews.

Cell is creating Institute-Industry interaction by way Group discussions & seminars. Eminent personalities from industry, experts from business management groups are invited for lectures and mock interviews for overall development of student’s communication skills. RIT will assist for jobs in different companies through direct/campus interviews.
