The Realm of Placement: Excellent placement opportunities for its bright deserving alumni, has always been a foremost aim for RIT. The institute considers its job accomplished only after all of its students get an encouraging entrance into their respective professional spheres. To serve this purpose, RIT has created an active Placement and Corporate Interaction Cell. The target of this cell is to provide appropriate summer placements and decent final placement to all the students.

As far as training is concerned, all the leading corporate houses, R&D organizations, public sector undertakings, private sector MNC’s all share an extremely good rapport with RIT, thus garnering the favourable support for all RIT’ians. The placement cell consists of faculty from each stream of Engineering, MBA and MCA to focus on the strategy base with industries. It’s a job of the senior faculty member to prudently guide the entire placement team.

To make students learn the Art of Facing Interview they are continuously exposed to group discussions and seminars. To help students gain proficiency in communication skills, institute arranges for lectures from renowned personalities from industry and experts from business management groups. Along with it mock interviews are also conducted regularly. The job accomplished by the placement cell is already commendable, the students have been able to gain placement in different reputed companies and organizations.
