Hostel: Cozy n Comfy
After a day full of new experiences and challenges when one’s mind and soul need to feel the warmth of home, it is the hostel at RIT that assures with the same coziness and comfort. This second home to the students i.e. RIT hostel has double and triple bedded rooms to accommodate approximately 800 students. With the completion of the first phase of construction, the hostel is ready with 150 rooms to board more than 450 boys for this academic session. The boarding and lodging facility for girls on the campus will be available in separate hostel from the academic session 2010-11. For the session 2009-10, the institute has hired accommodation in the Roorkee city in safest locality. Transport facility between hostel and college shall also be available for them.

Cafeteria: Savouring the Flavour
To munch on the delicacies and let the ideas flow with the never ending chit chat is the cafeteria of RIT. With lots of hustle bustle and exotic smell of food all around, Cafeteria of RIT serves the food according to the eating habits of students coming from different parts of the country at very low cost. Special care is taken that the food is prepared well in both hygienic and healthy manner.

Sports and Health Club: Teaming up Body with Brain
It’s very well known that a good and active brain can conquer the world, but it is also quite true that an intelligent brain with healthy body can only achieve whatsoever it dreams for. Thoroughly going by this dictum RIT provides good facilities for both indoor and outdoor games. Along with popular indoor games like chess, carrom etc. Huge grounds for cricket, Hockey, Football, Volleyball and Badminton etc are available with all the needed attributes. At the same time an exclusive seven track sports ground for athletics has also been developed to provide excellent infrastructure for regular sports activities.
